WorkStep Acceptable Use Policy
可接受使用政策

Updated / 更新日期:

English

This policy describes acceptable use of WorkStep's AI workflows and official services, including prompts, AI-generated code and text, other outputs, and their distribution. Use only data, projects, tools and accounts you are authorized to access. Follow applicable law and the terms and safety policies of connected model and tool providers.

Prohibited uses

Review and responsibility

You are responsible for your inputs, permissions, execution and use or sharing of outputs. Review generated code and text for safety, accuracy, privacy and rights before running or publishing them. AI outputs may be incorrect or unsafe. A configured workflow does not establish permission to access a system or publish content.

Reports and official services

Report suspected misuse to the support address below with a brief description and, where available, a public URL. Do not send identity documents, home addresses, passwords, API keys, private conversations or private project files. Redact personal information from any supporting material.

WorkStep may restrict or suspend access to official services for violations of this policy, subject to applicable law. This statement does not claim that local workflows are centrally monitored or that all prohibited outputs can be detected. The software remains licensed under Apache License 2.0; this policy does not amend that license or remove rights granted by it.
